May 21 牛津星期六去了牛津﹐照了一百多張相......
建築風格給人的感覺不錯。不過看多了﹐也會覺得好像沒甚麼特別。
午餐去了一個 pub﹐發現旅遊書說的 beef lasagne 已經沒有賣了﹐無奈.....
最後選了一個 fish pie﹐挺好吃。就當是不幸中之大幸吧。
之後在 covered market 裡一個小店買了 passionate pineapple smoothie﹐有點酸﹐不過試試無況。
昨天去了 Tesco, 零頭是 8p﹐我就給了 8p﹐但收銀員居然以為我給她 6p...
真是超級滴汗.....令我想起阿爸阿媽的明言﹕“人蠢無藥醫。” May 01 下午茶又是一個新的月份。
很久沒吃過下午茶了﹐雖然只是薯片﹐朱古力﹐和汽水。之前不是忙﹐便是沒心情。
少了 cheesecake﹐難免有點美中不足。
別無他求﹐只望快一點做完作業﹐可以休息一下。 March 05 做完了!花了不少時間和心血的 ISAD Assignment 2 business report﹐終於都交了......而且幸好 live test 還算順利...
上星期三去 Tesco﹐算多了錢﹐去 Customer Service 問﹐之後居然得到 'double the difference' 的賠償﹐哈哈哈﹐真是意想不到!
現在已經是學期的 Week 9﹐不知不覺下時間又過了這麼多。 February 25 SpeechlessSAP, presentation, and report, all together for just 10% of a double module......
And a seminar question.......everything on the same day.
Simply speechless.
But a difficult time also means a true test of character; challenges have to be overcome. When it's all over and done with, everything just becomes processes of the past.
February 11 Paintballing昨天早上五時起床﹐應該已經n年沒有試過了。 坐火車去倫敦﹐再坐地鐵到District線最東的Upminster﹐還要坐的士﹐才去到Delta Force Paintball Centre。 第一次paintballing﹐算是好玩﹐但有人遲到﹐所以玩的時間少了。不過慘的是太多濕泥﹐牛仔褲和波鞋也被弄髒。 之後回倫敦﹐去了近唐人街的地方吃川菜。水煮魚真的太辣﹐吃到淚水都流出來……不過這一餐都好吃。 歸家後﹐便開始清潔牛仔褲和波鞋。Phase 1算是結束了。 好﹐波鞋再生計劃Phase 2現在開始!

Some people are just so incomprehensibly smart in the kitchen. This world is truly an amazing place. What is even more amazing is that it seems Heronbank has a sizable collection of them. How bloody wonderful. January 31 BusyI've been back in Warwick for a month, and the past month can be summarised in one word: busy.
Exam, essays, SAP exercises, presentation; one presentation and project interview coming up.......it just never stops.
There was an interesting incident at the computer lab yesterday. There was this lecturer who came in front of us.
"Now I don't mind you guys being here, but just be quiet....." "Oh we've got this lab booked as well." "Ok, then just be quiet before your lecturer arrives....." "Oh he's here already. Over there." "....." Just some ignorant and probably arrogant a******* (or a******, depending on which spelling). Damn it.
I just want a break to get away from this place........ January 27 昨天昨天去了 Max 那裡吃晚飯。 大廚 Max 果然有兩下散手﹐我們都大飽口福﹐飲飽食醉﹐而且開了不少眼界。 之後便去了派對﹐是 One World Week 的活動之一﹐雖然不是 OWW Party... 有很多的印度人﹐所以迪哥說﹐亞洲人就等於印度人了。 噪音令人忘我﹐寧靜令人深思﹐我還是比較喜歡寧靜。
離開派對﹐便回到現實﹐ 還有未做完的作業﹐還有未知的將來﹐還有我的夢想。 January 23 H & MH & M: H stands for Hok Sum, M stands for Majed.
Today the two of us went to the lab session, and surprise surprise, not many ppl were there. We were the only pair working on the SAP exercises..... We made really good progress, so Majed is the man. I really appreciate his effort and we make a great team. Quote of the day: "If the environment can change a person,

To my dear friends that are taking ISM, just as a friendly reminder, we already have 50 or so SAP exercises, and we'll get an ADDITIONAL 100+ next week.....it doesn't take a Maths. genius to work out that this sums up to 150+ SAP exercises......all to be handed in, in 2 weeks' time. And it's ASSESSED. So if you've read this, maybe you should start them...pretty soon. 感概大概寫完了essays﹐ 不過覺得好像寫了一大堆垃圾。 晚上和 Xulan 同學去 Tesco﹐突然感概﹐ 這樣便在英國讀書十年了。 從 Dulwich College 到 LSE, 到現在 Warwick 和 Warwick Business School, 時間真的過得很快......
從無到有﹐由有變無﹐ 人生一切﹐如戲﹐也如夢。 |
